Aloha, Ahoy
Okay, so I'm suffering some serious Download Festival blues. Lucky for me Download marked only the start of festival season so I can set about immersing myself in more live music in just a handful of days.
That being said for those of you missing the fest something fierce, you can check out my Download best bands playlist here.

This weekend is Beacon Festival, with lots to explore, it sounds as though it will be one exciting weekend.
This family friendly festival is perfect for checking out live music, hearing some cracking covers and enjoying the sunshine (she says as she listens to the rain outside).
A quaint little festival set amongst the stunning Oxfordshire countryside. A wide selection of musicians means a wonderful weekend of awesome new music & my favourite covers to keep me dancing.

As with all great festivals there are some incredible bands on the lineup for this year.

Not been before? Here's a selection of the bands on offer & with a feel good space, comedy & literary space & kid-zone, Beacon caters for everyone in your festival party.
A good hearty mix of rock, covers & the perfect songs to dance to.

I have to say I'm pretty excited to see these guys. They sound so damn good.
